About one kilometre. This makes it a convenient, peaceful place to stay for early flights, layovers and groups arriving into Goa, without the noise of a busy hotel strip.
The house offers air-conditioned rooms, non-air-conditioned standard rooms (single and double), VIP ensuite rooms, air-conditioned family rooms, and a 30-bed dormitory suited to large groups, schools and pilgrimage parties.
Tariffs are charged per person, per day, and depend on the room type and meal plan. They range from ₹725 in the dormitory to ₹1,350 for an air-conditioned room with all meals; standard rooms start around ₹850. VIP rooms carry a special tariff, and concessions apply for retreat, school, college and pilgrimage groups.
