- Booking is confirmed only on receipt of the prescribed advance.
- Advance paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- A refundable security deposit may be applicable for hall bookings.
- Food charges are included only where specified.
- Additional hours for hall usage will be charged separately.
- Check-in and check-out timings are as advised at the time of booking.
- Special rates are available for large groups.
Air-conditioned family rooms are also available for families and small groups. Special concessions and special rates apply for large groups — retreat groups, schools & colleges and pilgrimage groups. Please bring your own bed linen; hot water is available on every floor. Final tariff is confirmed at the time of booking.
