How to book
Four simple steps

Check availability
Send us your dates, group size and requirements by form, WhatsApp, call or email.

Share your details
Confirm arrival and departure, participant numbers and a contact person in writing.

Pay 10% advance
By DD or cheque in favour of “Assagao Pallottine Society” to hold your dates.

Receive confirmation
We confirm your booking with deposit instructions and a booking agreement.

Terms & house norms
- Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, with 10% of the total paid in advance by DD or cheque in favour of “Assagao Pallottine Society”.
- Special concessions are available for retreat groups, schools and colleges, and pilgrimage groups.
- Deposit and cancellation terms apply and are confirmed at the time of booking.
- Please appoint a single person in charge to liaise with the Administrator, and share participant numbers two days in advance.
- Kindly bring your own bed linen for the mattress — the house does not provide it. Hot water is available on every floor.
